    FOUNDER & OWNER


    Ety Deutsch, founder and owner of The Pilates Club in Middletown, NY, has dedicated her life to the transformative power of Pilates. Originally established in 2022 as The Pilates Club Westtown NY, Ety’s studio has grown to become a trusted space for people of all fitness levels seeking strength, balance, and flexibility. With over two decades of both teaching and personal practice, Ety’s expertise in Classical Pilates shines through every session, whether she’s guiding beginners, advanced practitioners, or those with specialized needs.


    Ety began her Pilates journey in 2004 and has since built a reputation for her deep knowledge, commitment, and personalized approach. Her sessions combine technical precision with a supportive, motivating environment, helping clients of all backgrounds reach their potential.


    In addition to her work in Pilates, Ety is a successful entrepreneur and wellness advocate. She created Life Juice, a 100% cold-pressed raw juice company, which retailed in major outlets like Target and Williams Sonoma nationwide. As a mother of two amazing sons, she brings a unique blend of warmth, and practical insight to her practice.

    REFORMER & MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR


    Hannah — our newest mat Pilates instructor and a true ray of sunshine in the studio! Hannah’s passion for teaching shines through in every class, as she guides clients through strong, mindful flows that leave both body and mind feeling refreshed. Beyond the mat, she’s an avid hiker, a devoted family person, and a big believer in giving back to the community. Her warmth, energy, and genuine care make every session feel welcoming and empowering. We’re so lucky to have Hannah bringing her expertise — and her heart — to The Pilates Club!

  • Alexis Gilligan

    REFORMER & MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR


    Alexis Gilligan is a dedicated Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in exercise science. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, she is passionate about promoting movement and wellness for clients of all levels. Alexis is certified in Mat Pilates, as well as Reformer and Tower Pilates through Beyond Fit Learning. In addition, she is a certified personal trainer, which enables her to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to fitness.


    With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, Alexis strives to create a supportive and engaging environment for her clients, helping them to improve posture, enhance their mobility, and achieve their fitness goals. Her approach is rooted in functional movement, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and tailored to the specific needs of her clients.

  • Lisa Annicaro

    PILATES & FITNESS INSTRUCTOR


    Lisa has spent 15 years as a senior mortgage processor and over 11 years pursuing her passion for fitness. With a diverse background in personal training, group classes, hip hop/cardio dance, barre, and mat pilates, she is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals while boosting their confidence and having fun. Renowned for her sculpting glute and leg workouts, Lisa tailors each session to individual needs, focusing on both physical and mental transformation. Outside of her career and fitness work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and her son, Jaxon.

  • Shelby Seth

    MAT PILATES & REFORMER INSTRUCTOR


    Shelby Seth a girl who fell in love with Pilates in 2022 and turned that passion into a career in 2025 ✨ Pilates completely transformed my relationship with fitness and my body. It’s no longer something I have to do to lose weight it’s something I get to do to care for myself and truly connect inward. I believe movement is medicine, both physically and mentally. That’s why I end every class with gratitude affirmations—so you leave not just stronger, but grounded, uplifted, and full of love to share 🤍 I’m also a huge believer in the power of community and lifting each other up… because at the end of the day, we’re all we’ve got. Humans need other humans .

  • Darilyn Owusu-Ansah

    FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER


    Darilyn is a certified personal trainer with four years of experience and a certified nutrition coach with five years of expertise. Her passion lies in helping people feel good from the inside out through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. Whether working one-on-one or in group fitness settings, she creates a welcoming and supportive community where everyone feels empowered. Her workouts are designed to be challenging yet achievable, and most importantly, fun! Together, we’ll focus on building strength, confidence, and overall well-being.

  • Olivia Carey

    MAT PILATES & REFOMER INSTRUCTOR 


    A dedicated Pilates enthusiast with a strong passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel their best. She is known for her deep knowledge, energy, and commitment to the practice, consistently bringing that perspective into her work and everyday interactions.


    She loves working closely with her clients, creating a supportive and engaging environment while helping them build strength, confidence, and consistency in their routines. Her approach combines expertise with genuine care, making her both knowledgeable and highly approachable.


    Often found at the gym, she embraces every part of the process—from training to recovery—with a thoughtful and disciplined approach.


  • Mckyala Murphy

    MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR


    Mckayla is an elementary school teacher and Mat Pilates instructor who brings incredible energy to everything she does. After falling in love with the gym, Pilates, and a healthy lifestyle, she’s experienced firsthand how powerful movement can be.

    Pilates has helped her become stronger, more confident, and more grounded—completely transforming the way she moves, feels, and shows up each day. She carries that same passion into both her classroom and the studio, inspiring those around her to build confidence and feel their best.

    When she’s not in the studio, Mckayla loves spending time with her fiancé and going on walks and adventures with her puppy 🐾

  • Ali Collins

    YOGA INSTRUCTOR


    In February 2023, after over a decade in corporate America, Ali was determinedly called to practice and study Kundalini Yoga. She has since enjoyed over 940 hours of yoga teacher training in Kundalini, Rebirthing, Yoga Nidra, Hatha, & Vinyasa. Ali is also a certified Inner Alignment & Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. She teaches with a trauma informed style that is nerdy, joyful, and empowering. 

  • Myra

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR


    Myra is a dedicated Pilates instructor, Myra’s love for movement started early — she’s been active since childhood, playing multiple sports including track & field, basketball, and soccer in youth leagues. From ages 5 to 17, she was dedicated to cheerleading and later gave back by coaching for three years.


    These days, Myra’s passion for staying active hasn’t slowed down one bit. You’ll still find her at the gym, or in Pilates class, or out enjoying nature on long walks, one of her favorite things? Learning. Myra is always eager to grow and soak up new knowledge, so she embraces every teachable moment with enthusiasm. We’re so lucky to have Myra’s energy, athletic background, and open heart as part of The Pilates Club family!

  • Chanelle Parnizari

    LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST


    Chanelle Parnizari is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping busy women, post-surgical clients, and individuals seeking natural, holistic wellness solutions feel their best through specialized massage therapy. She specializes in Buccal (intraoral) Face Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (pre- and post-operative), and full-body therapeutic massage to promote healing, reduce tension, and restore balance.


    Chanelle’s journey began in 2017 at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City, where she provided massage therapy to cancer patients during their recovery. This transformative experience deepened her commitment to working at a medicinal level and inspired her passion for holistic care.


    With extensive studies in the lymphatic system, Chanelle focuses on relieving body pain, reducing swelling, and enhancing overall well-being. Her mission is to empower clients with natural, noninvasive solutions for health, healing, and rejuvenation, delivering expert care uniquely tailored to each individual’s journey.
